Winter Rides?

Hi all
Are there any group rides in Boise this time of year?

I'll be visiting for New Years and I'm bringing my cyclocross bike.

I know it's not exactly prime riding season in Boise, but what is guaranteed is that Boise will have better riding than in Spokane (we have 3 feet of snow on the ground today).

At noon on January 1 there's a scheduled ride from the George's Front Street location. Depending on the weather I hear some people in my club (Lost River) may bring their cyclocross bikes and go up Rocky Canyon. That's all I know about...but I'm a weather weenie and have been training indoors since November! ;-)

Cool. I think I'll try and show up, so long as New Years Eve doesn't get too crazy. Bringing 'cross bike, w/ cross tires.
