practice some good pace line techniques with your fellow riders if you do encounter some good headwinds. Otherwise, keep the pace relatively moderate. No sense of running out of energy halfway through.

Hello there! I used to be a "cyclist" about 10 years ago and had to give it up due to a brief stint of illness. Then I just got lazy. This spring, I became the proud owner of a Trek WSD road bike and am happy to be back in the saddle again. I am very interested in benefit and group rides, but not racing yet. I also love to whitewater raft and spend as much time as I can in the water.
