What's old is new again....

Boy, I wish that applied to me.

I turned 41 recently and I've been fighting various and sundry injuries for about 5 months now, which combined with a crazy work schedule has kept me from riding a bike in as many months. I've gotten pudgy and weak in the meantime, but I'm getting motivated to start cycling serious again. My wife is mad because I haven't ridden my new Cannondale but a handful of times since I got it last year.

I'm anxious to get back on the road.
